Tabor Commons is a planned affordable housing development at 212 East Tabor Avenue in Fairfield.
In this episode of Housing Headlines, LaTanya Terrones from the City of Fairfield Housing Services team shares an overview of the project, which will include 67 affordable housing units developed by nonprofit EAH Housing, with many homes reserved for very low-income households.
The site will be located behind the First 5 Family Recreation Center currently under development on North Texas Street and within walking distance of Robbie Burberger Park.
